Mobile devices such as the iPhone & iPad have opened up even more scope for online training and education.

E Learning is more than a compromise when face to face teaching is not practical.  It offers many advantages such as allowing students to study at their own pace, in their own time, anywhere in the world.

For E Learning to operate at its best, it needs to take advantage of a wide range of other disciplines to maximise the learning outcomes for the students and make sure these translate into changes in attitudes, understanding and ultimately long-term behaviours. For example, favouring the use of highly compatible audio and video elements which provide consistent accessibility for students with disabilities, support for popular mobile devices, and utilising research into learning processes, memory & habit formation, long term retention and accurate recall of information.
